Madeira rayon and polyester/Polyneon embroidery threads are rated Class 1 in the Oeko-Tex Certification Standards, which means they’re safe for babies, free from harmful substances, and are produced without harming the environment. All other threads are rated Class 2 and are safe for direct contact with skin.
