Holiday Delays

Please keep in mind due to the busy holiday shipping season, orders may take 1-2 business days longer to ship than they normally would.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll also pay the return shipping costs. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 - 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 - 10 business days). 

To return a product, the customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from customer service. Returns received without an RMA will be refused. All requests for an RMA must be made within 30-days of product receipt. Sit n' Sew Fabrics will issue an RMA that is valid for 10 business days for any approved returns. Any returns received after the 10-day time frame, will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


Sit n’ Sew Fabrics offers FREE SHIPPING on fabric and embroidery supply orders over $75.00 via USPS. Any fabric or embroidery supply orders under $75.00 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $7.50 per order shipped within the contiguous United States. 

Shipments to Canada are based on weight. These prices are subject to chance without notice. Canadian shipping costs are as follows*:

1 to 2lbs $19.00
2 to 3lbs $24.00
3 to 4lbs $27.00
4 to 5lbs $32.00
5 to 6lbs $33.50
6 to 7lbs $34.00
7 to 11lbs $34.50
11 to 12lbs     $35.00
12 to 16lbs $51.00
16 to 25lbs $61.00

*Shipments to Canada occasionally incur extra fees for taxes, customs, & duties. Unfortunately, we cannot control these potential extra charges, but we do know how much of a pain they can be. We most definitely recommend that you check the the policies of your country before placing your order as these extra fees will be the responsibility of our customers.


Please note that once packages leave our facility and are entrusted to USPS for delivery, any delays or losses that may occur are outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or lost by USPS. Therefore, we do not offer replacements for any orders affected by mishandling or delays by the delivery service. We recommend reaching out to USPS directly for assistance with any delivery issues, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
