Tearaway

Tearaway backing is fast and easy to use in home embroidery projects. Tearaway embroidery stabilizer is a temporary stabilizer, unlike permanent cutaway backing. It is most often used when embroidering on kitchen towels, scarves, and regular woven fabrics that don’t stretch. It is also preferable when embroidering in-the-hoop projects. Tearaway stabilizers will keep your design from puckering, distorting, and tunneling when it’s being stitched out. Once your design is finished, you can simply tear away the backing from your fabric.
